Documents on trade orders
Road legal plates need proof of entitlement to the registration and proof of identity, whoever places the order. That applies to trade exactly as it does to retail, because it is a legal requirement on us as a registered supplier, not a shop policy.
In practice it is straightforward once you know the routine, and we will walk you through how it works for your setup when you get in touch. Show plates need no documents at all.
Anyone offering you road legal plates without asking for documents is not doing it properly, and the plates you fit to a customer car may not be legal.
